About Me
Christopher McDonnell has been a lifelong resident of the Massachusetts South Shore. Chris raised his family here and understands the passion invested in the area, Family, Culture, helping others.
Prior to entering the exciting world of Real Estate Chris McDonnell worked in helping to re-invent and grow a Virtual Cash Management company. Documenting troubleshooting, procedural, and training documents. Chris managed many projects and accounts on a National level. The responsibilities of the Project Account Manager would later position him to follow his own dreams of Real Estate investment.
Chris was credited with helping to set the standards his former company would employ. Chris led a team responsible for partnering with his customers to increase their and his employer’s footprint in the Cash Management arena. He was also credited as leading and accomplishing flawless projects and helping to secure those project deals through countless meetings and presentations with his customer’s clients.
As Project Account Manager and team lead he held himself accountable to the high standards embedded in his nature. Chris understands the importance of meeting deadlines, expectations, negotiating, scheduling, and the needs of all Stakeholders concerned to create the perfect ebb and flow.
During this time Chris also began investing in Real Estate and purchasing to rent multi-families which he also managed insuring a profitable level of margin. Bringing with him the same accountability of high standards instilled in him, since a young age, and the talents of his previous position, Chris is looking to share his knowledge of Real Estate investments. Being a determined advocate is his main focus in guiding sellers, buyers, and investors through the process of Real Estate purchases and homeownership.
